  1. Only online entries will be accepted on http://www.fstriathlon.co.za from Tuesday 9 February 2016 to Wednesday 9 March 2016. Payment is a direct deposit or electronic transfer into Free State Triathlon bank account with ABSA number 4054811247. All payments must be done before or Wednesday. Use your surname as reference.   2. There will be no race pack as well as no price giving ceremony for the selection race.
  3. All registrations are on Friday 16:00-17:00 before the Race briefing.
  4. Provide your own RACEBELTS. No body marking will be done.

  • Sprint race: R250  for juniors and age groupers
  • Standard  race: R350
