  • 11 Mei 2019: FS Duathon champs
  • Julie 2019: SA Duathon champs Cape Town

  1. TSA Registrasie
    • Seniors R450
    • Juniors R350
    • Geen recreational registrasie vir die nuwe seisoen nie, agv veranderig van TSA se kant af
    • U moet self op TSA website registreer en met u kredietkaart betaal, maar kontak my gerus indien u enige probleme ondervind of eerder deur FST wil registreer.
    • TSA registrasie vir Triathlon sowel as vir Duathlon, moet voor 31 Desember gedoen word.
    • Geen registrasie nodig vir atlete onder 11 jaar nie.

  1. Inskrywing vir byeenkomste
    • SLEGS ONLINE ENTRIES op FS Traithlon se webblad (fstriahlon.co.za), wat Vrydagaand 18:00 voor byeenkoms sluit, word aanvaar.

        Toegang by Maselspoort is R35 per atleet en per toeskouer.

Geen amptelike tye sal vir die “fun event”  8 – 11 jarige gedoen word nie

  1. Amptelike Uitslae

Slegs amptelike tye uitgereik deur FST op FST briefhoof mag aan media of skole/Universiteit/klubs oorhandig word.

Sien uit om almal weer te sien na die rus periode.
